Terms and Conditions remote assistance
By providing RetSoft with the Connection ID of your Teamviewer session you agree that a RetSoft employee is able to see your computer desktop and the applications on that screen.
If needed a RetSoft Employee may take control over the keyboard and mouse to control your computer.
You have the right to take back control at any moment.
RetSoft respects your privacy and that of your customers, every RetSoft employee has a signed confidentiality contract, prohibiting discussing anything seen during a remote session with anyone outside of RetSoft.
A connection can only be made with your consent, after closing the connection we can no longer connect.
RetSoft will not record sessions or take screenshots without your permission, and never of screens containing confidential information.
RetSoft will not transfer files to RetSoft servers without formal consent via an agreement where the files are used for and how long RetSoft will keep the files after using them. The only exception to this rule are log-files generated by RetSoft, they contain no confidential data.
