Managing the digital archive
Paper files are easily scanned with the help of a document scanner. After that they are automatically processed and stored in a folder in your Scan and Sort it archive. These folders can be assigned a unique name, such as a customer name.
Files in your digital archive can be send to anyone by email: the recipient does not need Scan and Sort it to view these files. They are converted into a standard file format so everyone can view them.
